Three historic homes, one working farm
Spring Farm (also known as Springhaven Farm) is a small working lavender farm at 50 E Center Street with a pumpkin patch, an event barn, and three separately bookable historic homes. Book the Farmhouse for a big group, Hollyhock House for a mid-size family, or the Stone Cottage for a quiet couple's getaway - several can be combined for larger gatherings and reunions.
The Farmhouse
A white farmhouse built in pioneer style on a 1-acre property with views of Horseshoe Mountain. 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, dining for 8, a fully stocked kitchen, a stone patio with a fire pit, a tree house, and access to the lavender field and pumpkin patch.

Hollyhock House
Built in 1873 and lovingly restored, with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 1 bathroom. A renovated kitchen, a dining room with French doors, a living room with a wood stove, and a front porch with rocking chairs looking onto Spring City's historic streetscape.

The Stone Cottage
One of Spring City's first stone homes, built in 1860 with 2-foot-thick original walls and original wood plank floors, recently restored. One large bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private front porch overlooking town - ideal for a couple's getaway.

A working lavender farm in town
Spring Farm was founded by three sisters and their families - the original log cabin, a pioneer-style farmhouse, and a timber-frame event barn still stand on the property today. Current owners took over in 2022 and added guided retreats, weddings, and these three vacation rentals. Guests can wander the roughly 120-plant lavender field, visit the pumpkin patch each fall, and enjoy the grounds' small stream, fire pit, and lawn - all without leaving walking distance of Spring City's Main Street.
