Good to Know

Eating well in a very small town

With only two restaurants in Spring City itself, plan meals around their hours - both close by mid-evening, and Das Café is a breakfast-and-lunch spot only. For dinner beyond 8–9pm, or more options, nearby Ephraim and Mount Pleasant have a wider range of restaurants a short drive away.
